About us

Fifth Domain is a Canberra-based cyber security training organisation with the mission of training technologists, analysts and technology consumers and users in cyber security. We understand that cyber security is a people problem, it requires a people solution. Founded by Matt Wilcox, who has a cyber operations background working in Defence, Fifth Domain has delivered training in the classroom and online to Australian universities and Federal Government.

Fifth Domain training is principles-centric, so technical learning is applicable to a wide spectrum of software and uses. Return on training investment is measurable through baseline and ongoing student assessments to build performance and ranking metrics. With our cloud-based delivery and simulation technologies, our cyber security training is more accessible and realistic than ever. We believe better learning comes from better training. We believe in ‘safer through smarter’.
